When we made the decision to sell our home, we consulted our family and friends for a real estate agent. The person mentioned was Louise. We could not have been happier with our decision to use Louise’s services.In our first contact with Louise via phone call, she was courteous, professional, and focused on our objectives. When Louise followed up with a visit to our home, she was prepared to the point of having a booklet prepared with not only information on how the home selling process would occur, but also had already assessed our home’s worth. When pictures were being taken of our home a couple of days later, comments were made to us on well we prepared and presented the house. This would not have been possible without Louise’s suggestions. The pictures were then collated and presented not in a simple one-page sheet of information but a beautiful four-page brochure. The website listing was just as impressive in its display.Putting a house on the market in November, at the beginning of the holiday season, could lead to a lengthy waiting period for an offer.
